Intellectual Property Notice

Verinex and the materials on verinex.dev and console.verinex.dev are owned by, or licensed to, Prodia Systems Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws in Ireland and internationally. All rights that are not expressly granted are reserved.

Protected material includes, without limitation:

• the Verinex platform software, source and object code;
• models, weights, architectures, training data selections and configurations;
• verification systems, evidence formats, certificate formats and audit structures;
• algorithms, workflows, methods, know-how, research and technical documentation;
• the Verinex name, logo, wordmark, taglines and related brand assets;
• website text, layout, design, illustrations and interface elements.

Access to Verinex, viewing of the website or receipt of any material does not grant any licence, whether express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise, to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of Prodia Systems Limited or its licensors, except as expressly set out in an executed agreement or in a specific notice.

You must not, and must not permit any other person to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, model weights, verification internals or trade secrets of Verinex except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law;
• use Verinex outputs or content to train, evaluate or build a competing or substantially similar product, model or service;
• copy, republish, mirror or redistribute the website beyond the limited licence set out in the Copyright Notice;
• use the Verinex marks in a manner not permitted by the Trademark Notice.

Verinex may include third-party components licensed to Prodia Systems Limited under separate terms, including open-source components. Such components are used under and remain subject to their respective licences, and notices for such components are made available on request.

Unsolicited feedback, suggestions, ideas and other contributions are handled in accordance with the Platform and Console Terms and the Website Terms of Use. Do not send us confidential or proprietary information without a written agreement in place.
