Patent Notice
General position
#Patent rights that may protect elements of Verinex remain the property of Prodia Systems Limited or its licensors. No warranty is given as to the scope or validity of any such rights, and no representation is made in this notice as to whether any specific feature is or is not the subject of a patent application or granted patent.
No implied patent licence
#Nothing on the Verinex website, in Verinex documentation, in the Console or in any output of Verinex grants any patent licence, whether express, implied, by estoppel or otherwise. Patent licences, if any, are granted only pursuant to an executed written agreement that expressly identifies the patents and the scope of licence.
Restrictions on patent-sensitive analysis
#You must not use Verinex, its outputs or its evidence records to reverse engineer, reconstruct or design around patent-sensitive mechanisms, or to develop, publish or exploit a competing or substantially similar mechanism. This is a specific application of the restrictions set out in the Platform and Console Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Patent filings
#Patent marking
#Where a jurisdiction requires or benefits from patent marking, Prodia Systems Limited may publish a virtual patent marking notice at a stable URL and update it from time to time. In the absence of a marking notice, no inference may be drawn about patent coverage.
