Legal change log

Each document in the Legal Centre carries a version identifier of the form YYYY-MM-DD-stage-N and an effective date. Draft versions carry the-draft-N suffix and are published for the purpose of review; they do not create binding obligations. Once a document has been reviewed and approved for publication, the suffix is removed and the version reflects only the date and revision number.

Non-material changes such as typographical corrections do not increment the version. Material changes to rights, obligations, categories of processing, subprocessors, security measures or governance always increment the version and update the effective date, and, for documents where notice is owed, are notified through the mechanism set out in the applicable agreement.
