Verinex, the Verinex logo and the tagline Verified Autonomous Discovery are trademarks of Prodia Systems Limited. Other names and marks referred to on the website may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Subject to this notice, you may use the Verinex word mark in plain text to:

• refer accurately to the Verinex product and to Prodia Systems Limited;
• state factually that your organisation uses, integrates with or evaluates Verinex, provided such a statement is true and current;
• publish comparative, analytical or educational commentary that is factual and does not create a false impression of endorsement.

Except with prior written permission, you may not:

• use the Verinex logo, wordmark or other visual assets;
• use the Verinex marks in a company name, product name, service name, domain name, social-media handle, URL slug or any name that could be confused with Verinex or Prodia Systems Limited;
• use the Verinex marks in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or certification;
• alter, distort, animate, recolour or combine the Verinex marks with other elements;
• use the Verinex marks in connection with unlawful, deceptive, disparaging or harmful content.

When referring to Verinex in plain text, present the name with initial capital and otherwise in normal running text — for example, "the Verinex platform". Do not hyphenate, translate or pluralise the Verinex mark, and do not use it as a verb.

Verinex is a product and platform brand of Prodia Systems Limited. You must not use "Verinex" as if it were the name of a company, and you must not represent that you are, or are affiliated with, Prodia Systems Limited without written authorisation.
